This is a unique waterfront home in one of SW Cape Coral’s  most highly sought after areas – Unit 64.  This area is very close to downtown, the Yacht Club, the rose garden area, as well as local beaches.  While many homes in the area were built in the 1950’s and 1960’s, this home is unique because it is a newer home (built in 2000) that contains 1,950 square feet of air conditioned living area.  You will find everything new, bright and very clean.  A 21’ Regal open bow rider boat is moored behind the house and is included with your rental.  This location is very boat friendly as you are just 20 minutes idle to Rumrunners Restaurant andthen on to the open waters of the Caloosahatchie River and then on San Carlos Bay.  Fish in the river or discover beaches that are only accessible by boat!

Casa Rianne is our future retirement home, so it has been furnished with style, keeping comfort and convenience in mind.  The house has an open floor so the house feels even larger than it is.  There are triple sliding glass doors from the family room to the patio and pool.  In addition, the breakfast room, master bedroom and queen guest room also have sliding doors to the backyard with a view of the canal. 

The family room has ample seating with a new couch, loveseat, chair and two moveable ottomans.  There is a brand, new 52 inch Hitachi high definition television with digital cable and a DVD and DVR.  In fact, all three bedrooms have televisions with cable access.  There’s an additional DVD player as well as a VHS player in a bedroom.  The telephone service has unlimited local and long distance calling to the USA and Puerto Rico.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser on the door, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, flatware and cookware.  There is a large, indoor laundry room with a full size washer/dryer.  In addition, there is a large walk in pantry off of the laundry room and a smaller, butler’s pantry off of the kitchen.  The house has lots of closets and storage space – two walk in closets in the master bedroom, one solid wall of closets in the bedroom with the queen bed and a walk in closet in the bedroom with the twin beds.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a luxurious master bathroom with a deep soaking bathtub, oversized walk in shower and two vanity/sink areas.  The other bedrooms have a queen bed in one and twin beds in the other and they share the bathroom located between them.

Cape Coral is located south of Tampa; just minutes from Fort Myers and about 20 minutes north of Naples.  It is approximately 2 ½ hours from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando.  Restaurants and shopping areas are minutes away.

We allow smoking outside and well behaved dogs inside.  The backyard is fully fenced, however, the pool does not have a child proof fence so no children under 6 are allowed and all children must be good swimmers.

We try to keep the house stocked with essentials – detergent, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, etc and we ask our guests to replace as needed.  We’ve stayed at vacation homes that didn’t even have one sheet of toilet paper upon check in but we prefer to treat our guests better than that!
